He has served as a Foreign Government Relations Advisor, the outgoing President of Aspiration MENA, and is currently the CEO of Versus Capital. Dr. Navin Hettiarachchi is a highly accomplished and world-renowned Board Certified healthcare professional with a Doctorate and a PhD specializing in Sport Medicine. With over 24 years of experience, Dr. Navin has worked with a diverse clientele that includes elite professional athletes, Olympians and gold medalists, celebrities, young adults and seniors. Dr. Navin served as the Director of Health, Wellness, and Performance for the Washington Wizards NBA team for 17 years. He also actively worked with the Washington Commanders NFL team and the Washington Mystics WNBA team for 8 years, focusing on the athletes’ health, wellness, and performance needs. Dr. Navin is sought after worldwide for his ability to gain accelerated healing, pain-free living, and optimal mental and physical performance for his clients when other methods of care had been unsuccessful.

Rob Fodor

Rob Fodor is a seasoned basketball player development coach with a rich background in the sport. Growing up in Detroit, Fodor honed his skills on the court and went on to play college basketball, earning recognition as a small college All-American. His talent and dedication led to opportunities to play professionally overseas.

Transitioning from player to coach, Fodor began his coaching career at the high school level, where he shared his knowledge and passion for the game with young athletes. His coaching journey continued as he became the head coach of the Florida Pitbulls in the American Basketball Association (ABA).
Fodor’s expertise and leadership skills earned him a position as the first assistant coach in the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). His reputation as a shooting expert and player development coach further solidified his role in the basketball community.

For the past nine years, Rob Fodor has been an integral part of the Miami Heat’s coaching staff as an assistant coach. His focus on shooting techniques and player development has contributed significantly to the team’s success and the improvement of individual players.
With a career spanning various levels of basketball, both domestically and internationally, Rob Fodor continues to be a respected figure in the sport, known for his dedication to enhancing players’ skills and his deep understanding of the game.

Sam Daghlas

Osama Mohd Fathi Daghles, more commonly referred to as Sam Daghles is a Jordanian professional basketball player of Palestinian descent. He was born on September 18, 1979. He began playing basketball at local playgrounds when he was 14 years old. He received a scholarship to attend Midwestern State University in his junior year after making the varsity team at James Madison High School in his first year. He started 24 of 26 games as a junior in the 2001–2002 season, averaging 10.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 4.5 assists. Throughout his playing career, he stood out as a leader and a coach’s extension on the court. He had the privilege of learning from exceptional mentors whose experiences have profoundly shaped his unique approach to athlete development.
As the former head coach of the Jordan men’s national team and assistant coach of the G-League’s RGV Vipers, and now the owner of SD13 Sports Academy, He was dedicated to revolutionizing the game. Ian Mahinmi

Ian Mahinmi is a 13-year NBA veteran born in France to a Beninese father and a Jamaican mother. He played for the San Antonio Spurs, Dallas Mavericks (winning an NBA title in 2011), Indiana Pacers, and Washington Wizards. In 2017, he founded the I AM Foundation and later became an NBA Africa investor. Ian is the first Beninese NBA player and focuses on growing basketball in Benin. He also founded Tailoring Sports Investments to build sports infrastructure in Benin. Ian is dedicated to promoting sports and entertainment in Africa.

Sanoj has over 20 years of extensive, progressive executive management experience. He oversees the execution of Ploutus’ mission, vision, and strategy for the group of companies. In addition to leading the overall financial and operational direction of the Group, he manages key client relationships and leads select endeavors in the areas of finance, construction and infrastructure, technology, oil and gas, renewable energy, mobile telecommunication, commodity trading, food distribution, consultancy services, mining, precious metals, health, travel and tourism.
