Kanch is a results-driven business leader with over 24 years of experience in strategic planning and implementation, organizational operations management, organizational transformation and process performance.

Her extensive experience spans high-profile roles in the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Army Intelligence and other global environments. Within DHS, she worked with government leadership to successfully position the organization for the future, creating and implementing a vision, strategy and processes for performance excellence within Recruiting, Human Resources, Acquisitions, Program Management, Finance and Accounting, IT, Cyber security, and Personnel Security Divisions and collaborating with operational groups throughout the United States. Kanch also has experience hosting many organizational offsites and events often bringing together private and public sector leaders for panels and collaborative efforts.

While at Toffler Associates she helped develop consulting best practices, engaged in business development activities and led the Women in Leadership program to enhance the firm’s brand and community engagement. Her previous roles include positions at DynCorp International, where she was Director of Performance Excellence. There, she managed global programs, turned around financially troubled programs, and standardized processes to improve efficiency. At Global Linguist Solutions, she oversaw performance on a $4.6 billion contract, led efforts to win performance awards, and implemented strategic and process improvements in the organization. She also held roles at Wyle Information Systems, focusing on implementing standardized processes enabling the company to be acquired.
