Ramon Sessions is a 11 year NBA veteran. In August 2019, Ramon retired from the NBA and soon after was appointed as the Director of Player Development and Basketball Operations for the New Orleans Pelicans.

Ramon then founded On time Agency, a boutique agency where he could put his NBA experience and career to give back to the game and to young athletes, in a different and more meaningful way. Ramon founded On Time Agency in partnership with Ticha Penicheiro, a 15-year WNBA Hall of Fame Legend, and Charlie Villanueva, an 11-year former NBA Star. On Time Agency, is a player-driven model of a new era in sports management and marketing. With over 750 agents who are certified to represent NBA players, On Time Agency is one of a handful of agencies with former NBA/WNBA players who have “walked the walk” to take on this role to represent the next generation not only in their professional career but also into impactful roles.

Ramon is also a philanthropist, giving back to the communities, building a Performance Center to serve student-athletes, developing a Boys and Girls Club facility and providing other charitable donations for athlete development.
